This recipe is real simple and makes a perfect lunch or light dinner for 2.
Ingredients
2 cans tuna in water drained and cut in small pieces
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup parsley chopped
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
In a large bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. Yes, this is it!
