Recipe 11- Crepes the greek way

Hi there!

Today we are making crepes. We will make 10. 5 for breakfast and 5 for dessert after dinner.

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 cup fresh milk
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
4 eggs

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and beat them ideally with a mini mixer until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour 6 tablespoons of the mixture onto the pan. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the mixture coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 min and turn with a spatula. Cook for another 2 min. Repeat with the remaining mixture until finished.

For breakfast you can use one slice of gouda cheese for each crepe. Place it in the middle then fold the crepe forming a triangle and put it in the pan again for 1 min. This is to allow the cheese to melt. Serve hot with Ketcup.
For dessert use a scoop of nutella and a butter biscuit crashed for every crepe. Repeat the same as for the cheese.
